Recordings create visibility. Manager habits create performance improvement. This lesson is the habit set.

Daily: 30 minutes

MinutesWhat you do
10Review AI-identified moments across yesterday’s appointments
15Watch two or three clips
5Leave specific feedback

“Specific” is the operative word. “Great pivot at 14:20 when she brought up price” teaches; “good job” doesn’t. Reps check whether anyone is actually watching — this half hour is what keeps recordings flowing.

Weekly

  • Reps self-identify wins and gaps first. They review their own film before your 1:1, and open the conversation with what they saw.
  • Focused 1:1 around one behavior. Use the coaching workflow — one moment, one adjustment.
  • Share one positive team clip. The clip of the week: “go check out this highlight from Tuesday.”
  • Review sales-process adherence on the scorecard heatmap.

Monthly

  • Identify recurring team-wide gaps — one step red across everyone is a training issue, and it’s next month’s team-meeting topic.
  • Compare improvement by rep and location.
  • Update training from real conversations. Your best clips are your new training material.
  • Refine the scorecard as data grows. See Scorecard Best Practices.

The clip library: make good visible

Top-performer behavior becomes a shared team asset when you organize clips around your actual sales journey — introduction and agenda, discovery, homeowner motivation, product presentation, pricing, financing, spouse and decision-maker objections, “getting other quotes,” “need to think about it,” commitment and closing.

Clipping is a two-click habit while you review film — save the moment, pick the folder:

Name your folders for how the team will use them. The set that works: All-Time Greats (the clips that define what good looks like here — these become new-hire training), Clip of the Week (this Friday’s meeting, pre-loaded), and one folder per sales-journey stage. Full setup steps live in the Library guide.

A clip earns the highlight reel when the team can name the behavior and reuse it. Recognition worth rotating weekly: best close, best discovery question, best objection response, best recovery after a rough moment, most improved. Reward the behaviors, not just closed revenue — that’s how the reel stays reachable for everyone, not just the top seller.

Three workflows, three purposes:

  1. Private folders. Individual development stays between coach and rep. Growth without public embarrassment.
  2. Clip of the week. One short positive example in every team meeting, with the rep’s name on it.
  3. Shared library. Searchable examples of how strong reps execute each stage — this is how new hires learn from real appointments instead of shadow days.

Managers curate what gets shared. Reps’ recordings stay private unless a clip is chosen. That guarantee is part of what makes the whole system trustworthy.

The mantra

One rep. One moment. One behavior to improve. Every day.
